MenschWorks is a UK-based leadership development and change leadership consultancy near London, working internationally. A new consultancy, built on many years of experience with leaders and organisations.
Founded by Dr Marcus Gottschalk, originally trained as an engineer. He founded and grew CLP Ltd. before selling it to Inspirational Group in London. His background includes a Professional Doctorate in Coaching & Mentoring, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Systemic Family Therapy.
A network of senior associates we have worked alongside for years—sometimes decades. Business and leadership experience, coaching and facilitation, across countries, cultures and languages.
